This is the answer for missing socks and makes laundry super easy for college kids. The ENTIRE bag which is your laundry basket goes into the washing machine and then transfers right into the dryer. No more lost clothes or issues if others remove your clothes in your absence. It also saves space in the dorm since you don’t also need a hamper. Before we even received our product, I had to call because I had made a mistake on my order. Not only did our problem get fixed within minutes, customer service was A+. They were so kind!! I didn’t really expect such a large ‘bag’ for doing laundry but my college aged daughter said this was one of the most amazing things she has in her dorm. Before heading off to college she was having a lot of anxiety about people touching her clothes or some clothes falling on the floor. This never happens with the Roba! It’s easy to do laundry and a few of the kids have asked where she got it. Thank you for the great costumer service and for making this amazing product! We will be giving it for graduation gifts we like it so much!

I have to say this is the best product I’ve used while in college in terms of ease of use and added convenience. I don’t have to sort my clothes, transporting them is super easy, and the roba does not impact the drying at all. I love the roba and have used it every wash for months. I even brought it to Mexico and Chicago to do laundry while traveling and working my internship. The only issue I run into is sometimes the balls fall out when I unpack the roba. However, this is definitely the best and only product like this that I have seen out there. 10/10, 5 stars, would recommend to a friend!
